Purpose of Job:

We are looking for a talented individual with a passion to learn, and dedication to immediately contribute to helping Sectigo improve our product delivery. DevOps Professional responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. Ultimately, the DevOps Professional will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately and securely.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with product development teams to improve product build/test processes
  • Implement automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines)
  • Deploy updates and fixes
  • Provide Level 2 technical support
  • Conduct systems tests for security, performance, and availability

Education, Experience, and Specialized Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant corporate or commercial experience
  • Expert in containerization and orchestration systems (Docker and Kubernetes)
  • Experience maintaining Java web applications
  • Possess a strong command of software-automation production systems (Jenkins and Selenium)
  • Experience creating scripts for automation in languages such as Python
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL (Structured Query Language)
  • Excellent English language communication skills

The following experience would be considered an asset:

Enterprise Sales for Mid Atlantic/SouthEast Territory

Location: Mid Atlantic/Southeast territory

Sectigo is currently seeking to fill an Enterprise Sales role for our Mid Atlantic/SouthEast territory.

Highly motivated self-starter responsible for achieving assigned sales quotas and for the overall sales strategies of a major geographic area. The Enterprise Sales role will report into the Regional Sales Director and will develop a pipeline of opportunities throughout the assigned territory. They will be responsible for identifying, engaging, managing, and closing opportunities. There is also a requirement on developing and working with Value Added Resellers.

Responsibilities:

  • Capturing net new accounts as well as retaining and growing business in existing accounts
  • Develops sales strategies, territory plans and builds pipeline
  • Maintains thorough knowledge of Sectigo products as well as up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets
  • Works closely with other Sales Executives, Sales Engineers, Product Management, Support Representatives, Sales Director and SVP
  • Maintains a CRM along with other required sales updates
  • Creates and updates a dynamic territory plan, highlighting regional targets, key targets, vertical opportunities, marketing efforts and channel partner strategies
  • Assumes full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process
  • Prepares formal proposals and presents to all levels of the organization
  • Meet or exceed sales quota and revenue goals
  • Lead negotiations, coordinate a complex decision making process, overcome obstacles and objections to closure

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years+ of experience selling products in a relevant environment
  • Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement.
  • Previous success prospecting, building a solid pipeline of opportunities, moving opportunities through the sales cycle, and presenting and discussing solutions with C-level and other decisions-makers.
  • Must be customer-focused and possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Solid skills in managing effective customer relations.

Purpose of Job:

The product development team is looking for a talented individual with a passion to learn, and dedication to immediately contribute to an ever growing set of microservices.

This role will challenge the successful candidate to hone their Go development skills keeping in mind the quality, scalability, and robustness required for a modern web application.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams to create functional modern software designs
  • Implementation of microservices in Go
  • Responsibilities will include more than just creating production code - tests, design documentation, performance analysis, and product support

Education, Experience, and Specialized Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent

Sales Engineer

Location: Roseland, New Jersey

The Sales Engineer (SE) is the technical bridge between our Sales Representatives, our channel partner network and pre-sales customers. The SE will take ownership of the prime technical relationship with our pre-sales customers and channel partners to help close deals by proactively managing and delivering technical information to our customers and channel partners either onsite, online, and via email/telephone.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide Proof of Concept service to pre-sales customers and help clients with planning and implementation of Sectigo solutions
  • Provide support and training to the channel partner network and respond to technical requests from channel partners
  • Work in a fast-pace environment under minimal supervision
  • Will provide software and network troubleshooting in complex customer environments
  • Maintain and expand working knowledge of current and future products
  • Share best practices with other SEs to enhance quality of service and efficiency
  • Provide product training and mentoring when required
  • Contribute to building the SE Readiness Program and develop subject matter expertise in assigned products and solutions
  • Willing to travel regionally for customers facing activities, as well as marketing and user group events
  • Channel feature requests to Product Management to enhance Sectigo products
  • Participate in alliance projects including building vendors’ and customers’ relationships

Qualifications/Requirements

  • BS degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
  • Sales Engineering and/or professional services experience preferred
  • Experience working with various Microsoft software and systems, specifically Active Directory, windows platforms servers and station,
  • Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), SSL , X509
  • Experience with IIS, Tomcat, Apache, F5 is preferred
  • Solid multi-tasking, troubleshooting and problem resolution abilities
  • Self-starter and quick learner with desire to continually learn new tools and technologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, account management and negotiation skills, with the ability to interface with a diverse set of clients including administrators and C-level executives.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions

Techical Writer

Location: Ottawa, Canada

Sectigo is currently looking for a Technical Writer to join our team in our Ottawa, Ontario offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in close collaboration with Software Development and Project Management teams.
  • Prepare technical documentation templates in Adobe FrameMaker 12.
  • Using Adobe FrameMaker 12, plan, organize, write, and edit technical documentation for a variety of software products. The documentation includes, but not limited to, admin guides, developer guides, user guides, software reference guides, how-to pages, API documentation.
  • Analyze documents to maintain style consistency.
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of technical documentation.
  • Maintain internal and external Knowledge Databases.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both structured and unstructured Adobe FrameMaker, as well as Adobe Photoshop or similar
  • Previous work experience in producing software documentation
