Responsible for leading the department that provides inside sales support, and sales-related customer service to the company’s enterprise mid market customers. Directs employees, engaged in receiving leads, opportunities, orders, calls and inquiries, investigating, evaluating, processing customers’ orders, supplying price quotations, supplying product information, and settling complaints and claims of customers. Provides guidance and direction on the day-to-day activities and manages employee performance and development. Manages and leads team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Meets and exceeds sales and revenue goals and key inside sales metrics.
- Oversees, evaluates, implements, and manages all areas of inside sales, sales administration, procedures, policies, training, and support technologies.
- Develops and implements strategies to help Sectigo exceed its sales goals, while delivering against customer satisfaction expectations.
- Delivers a best-in-class, captivating, customer experience that builds loyalty and enables consistent sales and profit growth.
- Undertakes key initiatives to accelerate the sales cycle, improve and streamline process, gain staffing efficiencies and drive sales outcomes, all while enhancing the customer experience.
- Derives and maintains support-staffing models to ensure that the company is meeting and exceeding support and retention goals and ensuring that support can adapt, as the business needs change.
- Executes reviews of all associated processes and performance reports to ensure that the highest quality of inside sales, sales administration and customer service possible is achieved.
- Aligns with the goals of the company to provide effective and innovative process, enabling the company to successfully scale with the deployment and support of the product.
- Ability to hop on calls and helping bring large deals and leading team meetings on success.
