Director of Inside Sales/Enterprise Solutions

Location: Roseland, New Jersey

Responsible for leading the department that provides inside sales support, and sales-related customer service to the company’s enterprise mid market customers. Directs employees, engaged in receiving leads, opportunities, orders, calls and inquiries, investigating, evaluating, processing customers’ orders, supplying price quotations, supplying product information, and settling complaints and claims of customers. Provides guidance and direction on the day-to-day activities and manages employee performance and development. Manages and leads team to deliver exceptional customer experience.

Essential Functions

  • Meets and exceeds sales and revenue goals and key inside sales metrics.
  • Oversees, evaluates, implements, and manages all areas of inside sales, sales administration, procedures, policies, training, and support technologies.
  • Develops and implements strategies to help Sectigo exceed its sales goals, while delivering against customer satisfaction expectations.
  • Delivers a best-in-class, captivating, customer experience that builds loyalty and enables consistent sales and profit growth.
  • Undertakes key initiatives to accelerate the sales cycle, improve and streamline process, gain staffing efficiencies and drive sales outcomes, all while enhancing the customer experience.
  • Derives and maintains support-staffing models to ensure that the company is meeting and exceeding support and retention goals and ensuring that support can adapt, as the business needs change.
  • Executes reviews of all associated processes and performance reports to ensure that the highest quality of inside sales, sales administration and customer service possible is achieved.
  • Aligns with the goals of the company to provide effective and innovative process, enabling the company to successfully scale with the deployment and support of the product.
  • Ability to hop on calls and helping bring large deals and leading team meetings on success.

Sales Engineer

Location: Roseland, New Jersey

The Sales Engineer (SE) is the technical bridge between our Sales Representatives, our channel partner network and pre-sales customers. The SE will take ownership of the prime technical relationship with our pre-sales customers and channel partners to help close deals by proactively managing and delivering technical information to our customers and channel partners either onsite, online, and via email/telephone.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide Proof of Concept service to pre-sales customers and help clients with planning and implementation of Sectigo solutions
  • Provide support and training to the channel partner network and respond to technical requests from channel partners
  • Work in a fast-pace environment under minimal supervision
  • Will provide software and network troubleshooting in complex customer environments
  • Maintain and expand working knowledge of current and future products
  • Share best practices with other SEs to enhance quality of service and efficiency
  • Provide product training and mentoring when required
  • Contribute to building the SE Readiness Program and develop subject matter expertise in assigned products and solutions
  • Willing to travel regionally for customers facing activities, as well as marketing and user group events
  • Channel feature requests to Product Management to enhance Sectigo products
  • Participate in alliance projects including building vendors’ and customers’ relationships


  • BS degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
  • Sales Engineering and/or professional services experience preferred
  • Experience working with various Microsoft software and systems, specifically Active Directory, windows platforms servers and station,
  • Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), SSL , X509
  • Experience with IIS, Tomcat, Apache, F5 is preferred
  • Solid multi-tasking, troubleshooting and problem resolution abilities
  • Self-starter and quick learner with desire to continually learn new tools and technologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, account management and negotiation skills, with the ability to interface with a diverse set of clients including administrators and C-level executives.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
  • Knowledge of MS Windows and Active Directory, and Certificate Services is a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Exchange, IIS and SQL is a plus
  • Knowledge of PKI, SSL, X509
  • Experience with VMware vCenter and VDI
  • Network infrastructure experience

  • VCP – VMware Certified Professional
  • CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional
  • MCP – Microsoft Certified Professional
  • MCSE – Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert
  • Linux/Solaris/UNIX System Administration
  • AWS/Cloud Certification
