About the Role:

  • A business development representative is a specialized role designed to support our enterprise sales teams by contacting and developing relationships with existing and potential customers. Business development reps seek out and build new business opportunities through making phone calls to targeted organizations, following up via email, and qualifying lead generation from digital marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • This role plays an integral part in building brand awareness for Sectigo’s full product suite, as well as identifying prospects that are a good technical fit, have a budget and active project for their internet security needs, and set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and our sales representatives. CRM and Microsoft skills preferred.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process inbound, multi-channel sales inquiries for the International and Enterprise Sales teams from their source (web, device, email etc.). Qualify them based on the relevant requirements with a goal of scheduling demonstrations of the appropriate Sectigo solution with a Pre-sales Consultant and the Regional Director concerned.
  • Pass any enquiries that fall outside the qualification criteria specified in the Commission Plan to the appropriate organization within the Company.
  • Research target demographics, economic trends and customer pain points that can be used to create interest in Sectigo’s products and services.
  • Assist the marketing team’s lead generation efforts making phone calls, sending e-mails, and other methods to identify potential business prospects and assist our enterprise sales teams in acquiring new opportunities.
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers through consistent touch points, reliable communication and updates on product developments.
  • Present sales pitches, product reports and other valuable data to potential customers in a way that helps the prospect identify a need for our products and services.
  • Study each product offered by Sectigo. Be able to persuasively educate and inform customers of use case and specifications.
  • Understand how to position & upsell additional products.
  • Assist in Conferences, events etc. across the International Enterprise Team when required.

Job Overview:

The Director of Information Security will be responsible for developing, implementing and Operating a comprehensive enterprise cybersecurity and IT risk management program. The director is responsible for managing the security organization to ensure non-stop monitoring and response to security threats. This position is also responsible for architecting and implementing a comprehensive monitoring, troubleshooting, alerting, reporting, and Response fabric. This fabric must protect the Enterprise against threats and attacks globally. Early detection and prevention of unauthorized access to critical assets is a must. This position must also serve as the POC for managing communications and actions in an Incident response situation. This position will represent the company in engagement with customers where internal security is a concern. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide the direction for company data and cybersecurity protection and oversee technology governance and policies.
  • Develop company-wide security strategy, security awareness programs, security architecture, and security incident response.
  • Oversee the operation of the security organization.
  • Architect and implement a security fabric for monitoring, preventing, detection, alerting, troubleshooting and reporting on cyber threats and attacks.
  • Ensure that critical assets are protected from unauthorized access and attacks.
  • Provide round the clock monitoring, alerting and remediation of attacks against the Enterprise
  • Provide strategic risk guidance for projects, including evaluation and recommendation of technical controls.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, with degree preferred in Computer Science or Information technology systems security or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • CERTIFICATIONS:
  • 10+ years of information security experience in any combination of risk management, information security and information technology leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in close collaboration with Software Development and Project Management teams.
  • Prepare technical documentation templates in Adobe FrameMaker 12.
  • Using Adobe FrameMaker 12, plan, organize, write, and edit technical documentation for a variety of software products. The documentation includes, but not limited to, admin guides, developer guides, user guides, software reference guides, how-to pages, API documentation.
  • Analyze documents to maintain style consistency.
