Yes, your existing SSL.com certificates will remain valid for their entire lifecycle. Sectigo is committed to ensuring uninterrupted service throughout this transition.

Do I need to revalidate my domain(s) for my existing SSL.com/Entrust certificates?

You don’t need to revalidate your domain(s) for currently active certificates validated by Entrust.

Can I issue new Sectigo certificates through ECS?

If I want to purchase more certificates, who do I contact?

You can continue to purchase more certificates directly through ECS.

Do I need to revalidate my domain(s) if I issue new Sectigo certificates?

When existing certificates are renewed or new certificates are issued, they will go through a standard validation process, and that will require revalidating your domain(s).

If I’m currently in the process of renewing my contract, how will this acquisition impact me?

There will be no impact on your renewal with Entrust.

Do I need to sign a new contract?

No, your current contract with Entrust remains in effect.

Who will be my customer success representative?

You will continue to work with your existing Entrust customer success team and will also gain access to a dedicated account management team at Sectigo.

Where do I get support?

Entrust will continue to provide support for ECS until further notice.

Can I migrate my certificates to Sectigo Certificate Manager (SCM)?

Will I still be able to buy through my partner?

Yes, you can continue working with your current partner for all your certificate needs.

Will my current pricing change?
